Parade of Homes
With the cooler weather rolling in, the Annual FABA Parade of Homes signs start coming out. This event, featuring houses by the area’s leading builders, is held on the first two weekends of October. Whether you are building your first home, looking to expand or downsize, or just need some design tips – this Parade is for you!
All houses are located within the City of Fredericksburg and counties of Caroline, King George, Orange, Spotsylvania, and Stafford. They are either furnished or unfurnished, ranging from multi-family units to single family dwellings at all price levels.
This event gives our builders a chance to showcase their home-building skills to the public! To kick off the weekend, the Parade of Homes Celebration will be held on Friday, September 29 to award the winners of their respective categories!
So whether you are in the market to buy now, looking to find a certain style home you wish to build in the future, or just looking for something to do over the weekend – check out the Fredericksburg Area Builders Assocation’s Parade of Homes!
